1. WHAT INFORMATION DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?
This Privacy Policy covers the Personal Information that is collected, processed and used on or through the Site, and from which an individual may be personally identified as well us Usage Information as described below which does not identify you individually.

We will collect, process and use personal information ("Personal Information") when you submit videos or other images or content for upload on the Site or communicate with the Site ("User Content"). Personal Information includes only the following personal information voluntarily provided by you in the course of your use of the Site: your name, country of residence and email address; telephone number, date of birth, resume, photo, video uploads; and your communication with the Site. If you do not want us to collect any Personal Information, you will not be able to upload your video or images, communicate with the Site, or use those parts of the Site that require your Personal Information for their performance; however, you would still be able to visit the Site.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically TO THE EXTENT REASONABLY DETERMINABLE BY SPE, NO NON-ESSENTIAL COOKIES OR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES ARE UTILIZED BY THE SITE IN CONNECTION WITH USER DEVICES ACCESSING THE SITE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE UNITED KINGDOM OR AUSTRALIA.
Whenever you visit or interact with the Site, we may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Site is accessed and used ("Usage Information"). Third Party Cookies

2. CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1 Children
While we encourage parents to enjoy the Site and its video viewing features with their children, we do not knowingly collect, use, maintain or disclose Personal Information of children in the United States younger than 13 years of age or outside the United States over the age of 13 ("children"). Children can surf the Site and play with the features, but they are not permitted to upload User Content.
If we learn that we have collected Personal Information about a child, we will delete that Personal Information without delay. If you believe we have collected Personal Information about a child, please contact us at SonyPrivacy@spe.sony.com.

2.2 Teens
Teens aged 13 in the United States (or 14 in countries outside the United States) or older (to the extent they are not of a legal age to enter into a contract) ("teens") must obtain parental approval to enter into the Terms of Use before they provide Personal Information (including uploading User Content) through the Site. If we learn that a teen is uploading User Content, we will ask teens to provide an email address for their parent so that we can notify them that their teen has provided Personal Information through the Site and provide an opportunity for the parent to request the deletion of that Personal Information from our records. We will contact the parent at the email address provided and the parent will have 48 hours from delivery of the email to advise us if they do not agree to their teen's provision of Personal Information. If we don't hear back from the parent, we assume that the parent has not consented and we will delete the Personal Information.
Parents can refuse consent to our collection of Personal Information about their teens at any time, and can request that any such Personal Information be deleted from our records.
